However, Mr. George, the hotel manager, took our complaint very seriously and did everything he could to help and resolve the situation. Most importantly, we truly felt that we were cared for and listened to. We would also like to give a special mention to Spiridula from the pool team and Joana, the waiter. Their exceptional work, kindness, attentiveness, and positive attitude really made a difference during our stay.
