The wonderful touch of airport collection and return made our arrival and departure completely stress-free, and after a delayed flight we arrived at the property close to midnight to find the team waiting with warmth and even a freshly prepared meal. That moment alone showed the level of care and dedication this hotel offers. The setting is breathtaking, with a completely remarkable view of the coastline and a relaxed, calm aura that surrounds the entire property. The property itself is modern and newly constructed yet fits within the landscape in an un-obtrusive way. The spa and gym are fantastic — modern, beautifully maintained, and a perfect balance of energy and serenity. Most of all, it is the incredible team that elevates the experience: attentive, kind, and always going the extra mile to make guests feel at home in a relaxed yet formal manner. Semeli Coast is more than a hotel — it’s a place where hospitality, comfort, and beauty come together effortlessly. We leave with unforgettable memories and are already looking forward to our return."

"Semeli Coast is pure paradise! The location is quiet and breathtaking, with stunning sea views and a private, serene vibe. Our suite was spacious, elegant, and had everything we needed for a luxurious stay. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive – they really make you feel special. Breakfast was rich and delicious, and the restaurant served amazing local dishes. Perfect spot for couples or anyone looking to relax in style. We will definitely return!"

"We recently stayed at Semeli Coast Hotel and, while the property itself is beautiful and the staff are generally friendly, our experience unfortunately did not reflect the standards of a 5-star hotel. We had clearly communicated in advance that we were traveling with an elderly family member who has mobility issues. Despite this, we were initially assigned a room that required navigating many stairs. It took nearly two hours and a complaint before we were moved to a more suitable room, which was not a great start. Additionally, we had also informed the hotel ahead of time that we were traveling with a 2-year-old who needed a cot. When we arrived, there was no cot provided. After some back and forth, they brought a pack-and-play with no mattress — only bed sheets, which we found unsuitable for a toddler. Another issue was dietary communication. Despite informing the hotel about a dairy allergy in our group, room service meals repeatedly arrived with butter – even when we specifically asked for no dairy. Staff would sometimes suggest dishes without sauce to avoid dairy, yet fail to realize that butter is also dairy, and used it anyway. This shows a clear lack of communication and training. That said, the rooms were clean, the breakfast was decent, and the overall grounds of the hotel are truly stunning. It’s unfortunate that a series of avoidable service issues left us feeling like we were staying at a 4-star hotel rather than a 5-star one. We won’t be returning, but hope our feedback encourages improvements for future guests."
