"Experience ruined by the ridiculous rules at breakfast. There is around 75 wooden tables & chairs in a lovely area right by the beach front overlooking the sea. See photos However guests are not allowed to sit here , but are rather herded into a cafeteria type area full of people sitting at cheap plastic tables and chairs Only special guests of a certain religious group * are sometimes allowed in this area We had a major row and fight to sit here for one day as the entire area was empty , as did about 70 separate groups all with same complaint , just pathetic and no reason Thereafter we couldn’t face the fight every morning and staff giving us excuses / lies like this area is for a private event Shame could be great but totally spoiled holiday experience"

"Staff lovely. Rooms lovely but when booking groups or families be aware many rooms are VERY far from each other. Today at 10 no towels anywhere on beach or pool available. Beach area generally neglected with loungers never cleaned down so you have to do it yourself and accept that. Sea is not blue water but green in case that matters to you. Breakfast is average. Decent food offerings at hotel and others nearby."

"Our second stay at the W; everything under the sun. The service is perfect, location fantastic, options for activities, meals, sea/pool, exercise/gym; everything you need ; . The golf courses are fantastic. We have been treated so well at breakfast, lunch and dinner that we need to exercise more when we go home. No rush/problem to find a sunbed or a quiet place with a parasol. Even congratulations/snacks/beer when our team won important matches in the World Cup.:) We will return:)"
