"If you look up 5 star in the dictionary, a picture of this property should be shown. We stayed here for 1 night to celebrate my birthday. We arrived very early at 10 am, and understandably our room wasn’t ready yet but they were very nice and allowed us to use a room to change our clothes and they stored our bags. Dijana gave us a thorough tour of the resort and gave us great advice on the island. They even provide some lovely ice tea. We used their shuttle to go into town while our room was getting ready. The shuttle is a very valuable service at this property. The drive only takes 5 mins and it runs 24 hours a day. We used it many times and each driver was so nice and friendly. When our room was ready, we checked into room 103. It is a two bedroom with a view of the bay. It was magnificent. It has a private pool facing the bay, and two floors inside. A living room and king bedroom on one, and a two bed room on the floor below, each with their own bath. The staff had decorated the living room with balloons and provided an amazing birthday cake with fruits and a bottle of wine and juice for our birthday. It was all so lovely and much appreciated. Really made us feel special. The bath products were great and even included body scrub. The sunset view from 103 is one of the best on the island and we had it from our front door. In addition to the pool, there is a table and multiple loungers and daybeds (including one in the pool) so you just can be comfortable just enjoying the outdoors. The beds are very comfortable and we slept great. Everything was in great shape and I didn’t see any wear and tear on anything. The place was spotless. As good as it all was, the service still stood out. Every hotel staff member was attentive and helpful. I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious resort stay in Santorini and it is suitable for not just adults but family stays as well."
