"This resort is amazing from start to finish- The check in was so easy, we went straight to the suite, but we had drinks and a sweet while we did the details. Big thank you to sara and her team , and also the breakfast team. We didn't do dinner, but can only imagine what it would have been like- We had an anniversary while we were there, and it was so nice thebhotel recognised it!!!! Would definitely come back"

"Wow. I don’t know where to start. Everything about this resort is absolutely perfect. The staff are absolutely fantastic, nothing is too much for anyone! There is laundry, daily room cleaning, 24hour reception, room service and literally everything you need. We forgot a razor, and toothpaste, but the reception sorted it immediately. Bostani is another level, but book in advance. Reception helped us get a reservation because it was so busy. Maids are so friendly, always friendly, even if they don’t say a lot. The staff are truly amazing here. We want to mention especially Sara, Malvina, Stella (from the restaurant) but all staff were wonderful."

"I had to make an account just so I can leave some words. No where in the world have I enjoyed myself so much. The staff are a huge asset to this hotel, and it is so clear why it is a leading hotel. I hadn’t been to Zakynthos before, and I don’t think anywhere else will ever match the experience. From the minute I was collected at the airport, to the minute I was dropped off, we couldn’t want for anything else. The housekeeping came twice a day, the breakfast is plentiful, the staff are always happy to see you, and the manager even met us. I’m sorry we don’t remember any names (we came start of July but I just got round to writing this) but honestly every single worker would need a mention, even the ones that didn’t speak good English still tried. A young man walks around the grounds with a hose for the paths, and still smiles Despite the heat. The maids and male maids are so friendly, the staff at the restaurants, the reception, the swimming pools and the beach. The staff just make your stay. We like to go somewhere new all the time, but if we come back to Zakynthos we won’t even look for other hotels, we will go straight to Lesante. We didn’t have kids with us but we seen lots of interaction from the staff with people with kids and they seem really happy even when kids are noisy. Three highlights: obviously the staff is number one. Restaurants, especially Novita and the farm. How clean everything was. Negative: we had to leave! Next time we stay for a week because the short stay simply wasn’t enough. A huge thank you to everyone that looked after us. Enjoy your summer"

"Atmosphere - so tranquil, peaceful, relaxed, down to earth Rooms - the floors are black which we didn’t expect, but apparently it’s caused by the stone flooring. The rest of the cleaning is nice however! Location - it’s far from literally everything. The road to walk to town is not very safe, but cheap enough in a taxi. Value - the breakfast is amazing, and so clearly labelled so I knew what was lactose free and what wasn’t. Some staff seem new and nervous however Noise - there isn’t a lot of noise at all, even during the day but would be nice if families next to us remembered they are in a hotel and not a private villa…. Team members - shout out goes to Sarah (from reception, she is always there, and has the best recommendations for boats, and restaurants) Betty (from the restaurants, always remembered us!) and Elion (always picking us up to go to the restaurants) I just want to point out, that if you expect clinical and robot staff, you won’t get it here. They are actually real people, and it was really refreshing to see people enjoying their jobs."
