The entire experience was truly exceptional, and I would like to appreciate the teams across all departments for their warm hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail. "Located in the city center, It’s one of the oldest resorts in Agra. As per the discussion with staff, we came to know that it’s going to complete 50 years coming September. Very well maintained property. You can feel the heritage and experience Moghul culture through the artworks displayed throughout the property. Rooms are very spacious. Comfortable bed and bath. We opted for buffet dinner and it was extravagant. Had varied options for Indian cuisine as well as continental cuisine and Asian cuisine with a variety of desserts. Breakfast spread is also scrumptious. Foreigners should specially try their Ginger tea. Very local and aptly displayed. The property has 2 pools and I would recommend the bigger pool which is on the back side of the resort. Nicely designed with plant oasis in the center of the pool. The resort has a Taj viewing gallery where you can spend 10-15 minutes in the evening and see Taj grandeur from afar. While checkin we have to pass through the grand corridor which reflects the grandeur of the Moghuls but there were no towels or water offered to us to help us relax after our hectic travel. Mr. Naman helped us check-in and provided us our room. During the course of our short stay, Mr Dharmendra from housekeeping maintained our room and provided us with a good experience. Ms. Umra catered to our dining requirements for Lunch, dinner and breakfast. Truly hardworking staff always ready to help you with a smile on their face. I would surely recommend the resort for a leisure trip to Agra."

"Amazing dining experience and loved the hospitality of the hotel"

"ITC Mughal holds personal significance for us, as it was where we stayed for our honeymoon in 2008 and had a great experience. Returning years later, however, the stay was a mix of noticeable maintenance issues and exemplary guest service. Property & Infrastructure The hotel’s layout and extensive gardens remain impressive, but the physical infrastructure is visibly deteriorating. Rooms and common areas show clear signs of wear and tear, and several amenities feel dated. Given that the property has operated for roughly 50 years, the challenges of upkeep are understandable, but substantive modernization and structural maintenance are needed to meet the standards expected of an ITC luxury property. Staff Service & Emergency Support The staff's responsiveness and care significantly compensated for the shortcomings of the property. During our stay, my wife had a severe allergic reaction in the middle of the night. The on-duty team handled the emergency efficiently: Mahek (Front Desk): Acted swiftly and calmly to coordinate our immediate transport to the emergency room. Security Guard on Duty: Accompanied us to the hospital and went well beyond his standard duties to assist us throughout the visit. Verdict While the physical property requires overdue updates and repairs, the hospitality and crisis management demonstrated by the staff—especially Mahek and the security team—were exceptional."

"I went to the hotel specifically to meet the astrologer, Mr Aditya Mohan as I had heard fabulous things about him. I must say no matter how much someone tells you about his accuracy, it is unbelievable till you meet him yourself. My usually skeptical husband had his reading done after seeing the accuracy with which Mr Mohan did mine. He is gentle, kind and so insightful. It's been 3 days since I met him and I am still reeling with his precision with telling me about my background and where I stand today. Truly a fantastic experience"
