"If you want to be treated like kings, then you have come to the right place. The hotel is excellent in every respect and the ideal base for visiting the Taj Mahal. They take care of everything. Our stay started off carefree with the airport pickup by the very sweet and attentive Mr. Harbhajan Singh. He is the driver for the Oberoi and pampers you rotten, explains everything well, and provides chilled drinks and refreshing towels. He also takes care of your transportation during the excursions to the Taj Mahal, Agra Fort, and other sights. He is always punctual and helps keeping an eye on the schedule to remind you of your planned excursions. In Belgium, we call that "crème de la crème." We would certainly also like to thank our guide Imran. He accompanied us on our excursions to the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort. His knowledge of these places is inexhaustible, which made our visits very interesting and unforgettable. We already miss the Oberoi Amarvillas: the beautiful rooms, the attentive staff, the delightful pool, and the delicious food. In short, a hotel never to be forgotten. "Gorgeous property with stunning views of the Taj Mahal. The architecture and grounds are spectacular—especially after sunset—and the cocktails and in-room dining were excellent. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive. For someone who doesn't love being the center of attention, I occasionally found the level of attentiveness a bit overwhelming, though it was clearly well-intentioned. Compared with other luxury hotels I've stayed at, I thought the bed and the outdoor furniture on the balcony could use an upgrade. I enjoy spending time reading on the balcony, and more comfortable seating with a footstool or reclining option would have made the experience even better. My only other suggestion would be to keep the pool open until 9:00 p.m. instead of 8:00 p.m. The evenings are beautiful, and an extra hour would let guests enjoy the atmosphere after returning from sightseeing. Overall, this is a beautiful luxury property with exceptional service, incredible views, and memorable architecture. With a few comfort upgrades, it would be even better."

"We had an amazing experience in one of the best days we’ve ever had in a property. Right from the beginning maybe the welcome so warmly. Miss Jyoti and Mr. Rohit Kukreja welcome us and made us feel so comfortable Room service and all the staff were incredible. The young man who checked us in and took us to the hotel was so pleasant and started our vacation perfectly. The food was fantastic. We ate dinner both nights at their Indian restaurant where the chef Mr. Jaskreet graciously came to our table and in fact on the second night customized our food preparation based on our food, preferences and restrictions. It was truly a memorable Michelin worthy experience. at the same restaurants, the lovely hostesses were very gracious and welcoming. Service was spot on. In the daytime, another fantastic Chef, Mr. Subhagra(apologies if I spelt it wrong) came to our table and made our experience fantastic including packing as a fantastic meal for a drive back to Delhi. The hotel also had snacks and coffee and tea ready at five in the morning before our early morning, Taj Mahal visit The pool was incredible too, and the balcony room was well worth it, in spite of the pigeons creating a mess which was cleaned up very efficiently when requested. We were also recommended Mr. Kishore as our Agra Guide, who was the best Guide and Photographer we have encountered. Highly recommend him."
