"I spent 2 weeks at the hotel, but my amazing experience started even before I arrived. When we contacted them they had no more standard rooms available. One of the people I traveled with stayed here before. She had one of the managers contact number so she messaged him. He managed to get us all suites at no extra charge! Once we arrived a car was sent to pick us up at the airport and drove us to the heart of the city where the hotel is located. They checked us in swiftly and had our baggage transported to our rooms. I had no currency on me yet so I was not able to tip the bellhop but that did not matter. He was completely unbothered by that and showed me around the beautiful and spacious room. I went to tip him the next day and he refused, but I insisted and since they truly believe in the best possible guest experience he obliged. The manager I mentioned earlier is named Rosch. He is a magnificent human being that was true delight to talk to. He checked in on us whenever he saw us and made sure our stay was perfect throughout the trip. We bonded over the time we stayed here. He even gave us a tour of the presidential suite when we started asking questions about what it looked like which was a great experience by itself. It was by far the most beautiful hotel room I have ever seen. Throughout our stay he kept surprising us with little things to make us feel special. I don't want to say exactly what they were so he can surprise other guests in the future. I really can't say enough nice things about that guy. Another person that I must mention is one of the restaurant managers Swapnil. He is a young man that took the time to make sure we were always happy. We shared many stories together chatting during the many meals we had in his restaurant. Above and beyond the excellent service, we developed a personal connection with him as well. The relationships we built with the staff is what made our time here more than just a stay in a fancy hotel. It made it a true life experience for a Canadian guy that never thought would be able to do something like this. Finally I must mention the cleaning staff and particularly Aditya who took care of my room. My room was immaculately kept. I even noticed that he would clean it multiple time a day if necessary. He was so polite and kind, it blew me away. I am very grateful for the hard and consistent work he did. There are others that I want to mention personally but I do not remember their names. From the many security staff, the guys who ran the gym, the barber that cut my hair, the concierge that arrange a custom tour on the weekend for us, to the chefs in all the restaurants that made us amazing meals day after day. Too many great and talented people to mention. In summary, the property is excellent, the food is great, but what makes the place special is the amazing staff that truly take care of their guests on a level I have never experienced before. I am so appreciative to them."

"We stayed at ITC Gardenia in June 2026 to celebrate a birthday, and it turned out to be a wonderful experience from start to finish. The hotel strikes a perfect balance between luxury and warmth. Our room was impeccably maintained—beautifully designed, exceptionally clean, spacious, and equipped with every comfort needed for a relaxing stay. The attention to detail in the room and throughout the property truly reflected the high standards that ITC is known for. One of the highlights of our stay was the food. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering an extensive selection of Indian and international dishes, fresh fruits, bakery items, live counters, and excellent coffee. Everything we tried was fresh, well-prepared, and of consistently high quality. The other meals we enjoyed during our stay were equally impressive, with great flavours and attentive service. The hospitality throughout the hotel was exceptional. Every member of the staff we interacted with was courteous, professional, and genuinely eager to make our stay memorable. Their warmth added a personal touch to our birthday celebration and made us feel truly welcomed. The hotel's ambience, elegant interiors, and beautifully maintained spaces created a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere that made the occasion even more special. Overall, ITC Gardenia exceeded our expectations in every way. From the impeccable rooms and excellent dining to the outstanding service, it was a memorable birthday celebration. "We stayed at ITC Gardenia for just one night, but it turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip. The first thing that caught our attention was the beautiful open façade. Seeing birds flying freely through the property and being surrounded by so much greenery, it’s hard to believe you’re in the middle of busy Bengaluru. The large lotus installation at the centre is stunning and adds a lovely touch to the hotel’s design. Our Tower Double Room was spacious, comfortable, and offered great views of the pool and the city. The Luxury Hours were definitely worth it, and we thoroughly enjoyed the food and cocktails. A big thank you to Nitesh and Chaitanya for making our check-in smooth and welcoming.
