I don't know what is happening, the stay in this month was super awesome for me and extremely good at each and every point. I believe i stayed for a week in JW with one day interval. Both these times it was too surprising for me with the hospitality of the new staffs. And i m really happy and proud to share their names also. From the Executive lounge Mr. Suhal, Mr. Sukhpal and Mr.Nishant along with their team heads, the entire crew was very professional in handling me and the other guests also even at the peak time without taking breath. I really wondered how the Marriott find people with more energy. Really appreciate the effort… Keep-it up. Good day"

From the warm welcome at the entrance to the reception, housekeeping, recreational areas, lounge, and restaurants, we experienced a remarkable consistency in hospitality across the property. We would especially like to acknowledge a few individuals who truly went above and beyond. Kevin and Bandna at the reception were always welcoming and eager to help. In fact that played a big part in our decision to extend our stay. At JW Kitchen, along with its entire team, special thanks to Varshini and Vimal who took wonderful care of us during breakfast each day. The housekeeping team ensured that our room was always immaculate. We also appreciate the assistance extended by Mafidul at the concierge and Suhal and Sukhpaldeep at the lounge, who consistently made sure we were comfortable. Our dinner at Spice Terrace was another highlight! Special thanks to Daisy for going the extra mile to check with the Chef for a dish that was not on the menu and to Chef Minaj for kindly preparing it for us. It was an outstanding experience.
