"We stayed at the hotel for two nights, and our overall experience was excellent. The accommodation was comfortable, the staff was courteous, and the breakfast was very good. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. However, I would like to share one area that requires improvement regarding the locker service. After checking out, I realized at the airport that I had accidentally left my wallet inside the in-room locker. I immediately contacted the reception, provided the locker PIN, and described the contents of the wallet to help with verification. Since my flight was departing in about two hours, I requested that the matter be treated as a priority. Unfortunately, it took more than an hour for the hotel team to retrieve the wallet. During this time, I did not receive any proactive updates on the progress, and the response felt slow and uncoordinated. As a result, I had to arrange for someone else to collect the wallet on my behalf. While this incident did not diminish the quality of our stay, I believe the hotel should improve its responsiveness and communication in situations involving guests' valuable belongings, especially when time is critical."
