Receptionist Piyush Grover upgraded us to a bigger room and also arranged a personal butler, Sanjana during our stay for all our needs. The rooms were spacious, luxurious, and impeccably maintained. What truly stood out was the warm hospitality. Every staff member was courteous, attentive, and went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. The food was exceptional, with an excellent variety and outstanding quality. I would like to compliment Manager Shomali who manage to get us a seat during breakfast despite the crowd as they had an ongoing conference. Chef Aeleeya who helped to prepare jasmine rice and soup daily for my child who had dietary restrictions. Staff Poornima, Khushi were also very welcoming and made us comfortable during breakfast.
