"Stayed at W Goa from 4th March 2026 for 4 nights. Having spent over three decades at Taj Village Goa (which feels like home), this was a forced change due to unavailability. Check-in was smooth and the team was welcoming — a great start. Unfortunately, the F&B experience fell short. Our first meal was average, and despite a courteous recovery effort by the chef and F&B head, it impacted our confidence enough to skip breakfast the next day. Perhaps we are used to a higher benchmark set by Taj, especially in food and guest relations. A bright spot was the bar service — the staff was warm, attentive, and excellent. Rooms are stylish but overly flashy, and housekeeping needs improvement. Towels had visible stains, which is unacceptable at this price point. Overall, while the property has potential, it does not currently justify the premium pricing — especially when it comes to F&B and service standards. Sharing this as constructive feedback with the hope of improvement."

It was the ultimate glitzy glow-up with high-end hangs encompassing some sun, splashes, sundowner with friends against the picturesque Vagator Beach with a swaying Palm Tree reflecting the soft Goan Sun with International DJs and a JetSet crowd to up the tempo. Classy Cocktails at a mesmerizing Sundowner by the Rockpool was full of Fashion, Luxe Vibes & Pamper Parties - The Ultimate Soirée of Spoilage which went well into the late night. She loved the attentive & unhurried service at the Rockpool which catered to her whim and fantasies. After some morning Yoga over the Vagator Beach and some exquisite Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict Royale, it was time for Refined Indulgence & Elevated Leisure for Couture comfort & soft self-care at the Pompeii inspired Away Spa. "We actually had plans to celebrate my birthday in Bangkok this year, but at the last moment we changed our minds and came back to W Goa. The reason was simple the experience we had here earlier had stayed with us. Two years ago, during our first birthday stay at W Goa, we met Lima, who was our stay ambassador. She had made that birthday incredibly special with the little things she arranged from the Rock Pool sundowner celebration with cake and champagne to the beautiful birthday décor waiting for me in the room. Those thoughtful moments stayed in our memories long after the trip ended. So when my birthday came around again this year, coming back here just felt right. This time too, Lima managed everything so thoughtfully. She had even cancelled her own trip with friends when she heard I was coming because she wanted to personally manage my stay again. That really touched me. From the birthday welcome to planning little experiences during the stay everything flowed beautifully. One of my favourite moments was the pickleball session with Raman Sood, which was such a fun way to start the day. There are thoughtful touches everywhere, little surprises, and a team that genuinely pays attention to what makes guests happy. It feels like the whole place works with one simple intention: to make your stay memorable enough that you want to come back. And honestly, it works - because we did. My room Chalet 16 with its beach view and private garden was stunning. I loved my quiet beach time, the evenings at Rock Pool, the food from the chefs, the bartenders, and the warmth from everyone around the property from the restaurant teams to the shuttle staff. Luxury hotels can give you beautiful rooms and views, but it's the people who make a place special. And that's exactly why we came back to W Goa."
