"I had a great experience at ITC Kohenur, Hyderabad. The hotel is modern, elegant and very well maintained. The check-in process was slightly delayed because only two counters were operational. Although a red-carpet counter was designated for Gold and Platinum members, it was serving all guests, so there was no priority recognition for Gold members. This is one area where the hotel could improve. The highlight of my stay was the exceptional Hyderabadi High Tea—it was beautifully presented and truly enjoyable. I also greatly appreciated that breakfast at Golconda Pavilion was ready by 6:30 a.m., which was extremely convenient for early-morning travellers. Overall, it was a wonderful stay with excellent hospitality, and I would be happy to return."

"Excellent modern hotel with fantastic service, excellent restaurants, good location, and comfortable rooms. The air conditioning -- critical in an Indian summer! -- was wonderful, although the main lobby was occasionally a little warmer than I might have liked. The staff is top-notch and is strongly service-oriented. My meals at Peshawri and Yi Jing were outstanding. I would not hesitate to stay here again."

I’ve been to around the world that have better service in this hotel. Although the restaurants are . The location is great. Rooms are great. The spa is great. The chocolate shop is great, but the staff is just amazing. I just couldn’t enough good things about the hospitality of the staff here. I think each and every one of them. The only problem is they spoil itfor every other hotel I stay in.🤷‍♂️😂. It’s not the fanciest most modern hotel but it’s an excellent condition. It’s beautiful and everything about it Strikes above grade."

"Excellent stay and great reception by the staff especially Diya the guest receiving staff at ITC KOHENUR and she made our room decorated excellently and arranged a cake for our wedding anniversary and it was very memorable and great effort from her and would recommend definitely next time who ever visit."

"My stay at ITC Kohenur was a bit of a mixed bag. The rooms were great, and most of the staff in the restaurants, gym, and spa were warm and helpful. A special mention to the breakfast team at Golconda Pavilion, who went the extra mile to accommodate our requests and make dining a special experience. Unfortunately, the Upper Crest Lounge was a disappointment. Bintee and Suman were often missing, or when they were at the lounge, they appeared distracted or uninterested, and their cold, unwelcoming demeanor made the exclusive lounge access feel less meaningful. Requests for food or drink options were usually met with a blunt "no," with little effort to help or suggest alternatives. The service felt inexperienced and fell short of the hospitality one would expect from a premium lounge."
