"Amazing location, great food, luxurious amenities, great hospitality. Clean and tidy rooms, personal assistance given to all the guest"

"I recently stayed at the Park Hyatt Hyderabad (May 18–20, 2026) with high expectations, which were unfortunately not met due to significant issues with room disturbances. During my stay, I dealt with persistent noise from an adjacent room that continued until 1:00 AM, making it impossible to rest. While the Director of Operations did acknowledge the situation and apologized, admitting that the disturbance fell below the hotel's standards, I was deeply disappointed by the initial handling of the matter by the hotel staff on the ground. Being offered nothing more than a cup of tea as compensation for a ruined night of sleep was dismissive and fell far short of what I would expect from a property of this caliber. A luxury hotel experience should prioritize guest comfort and provide meaningful resolutions when those standards are compromised. Unfortunately, this experience fell well below acceptable levels, and I left feeling that my concerns were not taken seriously."

"we have upgraded our stay to service apartment . since its service apartment it'd had sliding door separating hall to bedroom. Everything was great. we slept off after check in and then we hear a knock from hall knocking the sliding door. we where in deep sleep we thought its from outside. later we realized that house keeping staff entered the room placed almonds on the table and knocked our door. we were shocked and felt insecure . when we complained to the manager they said sorry for your experience but said hotel has 3 knock policy and after which the staff will place the items in the room which stunned us even more . its not the service , its not the room, its not the food, its the response they have given what shocked me. I asked them what If I am in washroom unable to answer then staff come inside and I am in compromised situation. they said sorry thats all... they said they get regular complaints if they don't place the evening refreshment in the room so the staff knocks 3 times if no one responds they place it in room ( what a great service .. wow) and the team didn't mention about evening refreshment and that staff knocks 3 times. To our luck we had partition room. so nothing obscene happened"

"Excellent experience and stay at PH Hyderabad as Globalist. Wonderful crew and staff - from Raj at checkin to Nivedita who shepherded and took care of our family, to Shilpa and her team at breakfast and Nimmi and Madhu in the spa and salon. Wonderful crew, clean upscale property, nice amenities and great location!"

"Not up to the mark on several aspects. The internet speed, the room view, mobile network strength inside the hotel were all big let downs."
