From start to finish, the hotel delivered a truly luxurious experience, elevated by an outstanding team of staff who consistently went above and beyond. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. I especially appreciated the fresh fruit provided in the room and the well-appointed bathrooms, which added an extra touch of indulgence. The only minor inconvenience was the hair dryer being fixed inside a drawer—due to my height, it made using the mirror above a bit awkward. The hotel’s amenities are top-notch. The spa and gym facilities were excellent, offering a great balance of relaxation and fitness. Breakfast each morning was phenomenal, with a wide variety of high-quality options. A special mention goes to Waseem, who took care of us during breakfast on two days—his attentiveness and professionalism were flawless. The location is another major highlight, conveniently situated next to the Palladium Mall, making shopping and dining incredibly accessible. Overall, this is undoubtedly one of the best hotels in Mumbai. The exceptional service, luxurious accommodations, and prime location make it a standout choice. I would not hesitate to return."

"While I am a Marriott Ambassador Elite (aka I travel a lot), it was my first time at a St. Regis. The property itself is really good, lots of attention to aesthetics and decor with character for all common areas, breakfast is pretty lavish, gym is well maintained, and the rooms are functional and well done. Views from the room of the race course 🏇 and the sea were a nice bonus! Khushi was our personal guide and she took take of everything - from a smooth check in process to adjoining rooms for family to quickly fulfilling small requests (medicines, water, etc) throughout our 4 night stay. She was always very responsive - reaching out before the check-ins and personal reach outs throughout the stay (good balance of not being too overbearing vs. just checking-the-box). 10/10 - I will definitely be back!"

"We went to St. Regis for my husband’s birthday. Our stay overall was made exceptional - the food, the service, the hospitality, everything was top tier. We had a great day using all their facilities, especially the pool. In fact, they put me in touch with their butler - Mr. Adnaan Shaikh, who was always on standby to help us with anything required at all. He outdid his job, and also helped decorate our room for a small birthday surprise. He was available right from the start to the very end of our stay. Very happy with the overall experience and can’t wait to go again!"
