"A great experience but room for improvement in one area. Always stay in the Palace and take a Club room. On this visit we were left questioning whether the Club was worth using on some days. . It has become very popular and overcrowded - even small children appear to be allowed entry in the evenings when all most people want is to enjoy a quiet drink & enjoy he ambiance of such a beautiful environment and room. It is not conducive to enjoyment and relaxation to have excessive noise as the area is supposed to be a quiet one. The Taj need to look at this problem - the room is too small to accommodate the number of people who require service, it is difficult for staff to give attention under these circumstances and frankly leaves one wondering whether a place you have stayed over many years is still a valid option. There is rumour that the Club Room maybe relocating to the Tower Wing but I'm not sure if this will work as it is detached from the Palace side."

"My husband and I have been going to Taj Palace over 4 years now. We have been celebrating our Wedding Anniversary and both our Birthdays. Its a classic Hotel. All the staffs are well trained and really knows how to keep Guest happy and welcomed. Manager Mayank Babala is kind and a caring person. He is also a good listener. Nidhee Tandel is well spoken and wears her Saree so elegantly. Front Office Reception Deepy Acharjee Very pretty girl in and out. Also does her job with lots of love and care. Front Office Associate Khushi Kumari, Trainee Vaibhav gorgeous and always welcomes us with a warm and welcome smile. Punit Mahale sure puts his heart and soul into work. Though he is quite he has a caring heart. And is very loyal to his work. Butlers Ragul Singh, Hitesh Narchande, Jayesh Lohat, Ass Butler Mgr -Johnson Kujur and Salman Shaikh they are all very attentive to us. Very helpful and makes sure we are always happy. Loya Indian Restaurant - Manager Ansh Bhatia is very Cheerful and happy individual. He sure knows how to make his customers come back. Also his staffs Sneha, Arshaan and all those who is under Ansh is well trained and well taken care of. There are all so fun to talk to and makes us feel so welcome. Sea Lounge Chef Vishal Kondalkar is a good Chef. Food so yummy. Azeem Patel, Goydi Gonsalves, Kiran Sapaliya and Good Looking Indranil Paul are all very polite and welcoming. Everyday when we go there for breakfast, no regrets as we've been looked after with lots of love. Also all of them are so attentive to us. Aquarius Mohsin Ahmed Deshmukh, Shailesh Rohit, Vaibhav Shinde and Sweety are also very attentive and caring towards us. They makes sure we are well taken care. Very good feeling when we are there at the Pool-side. Everytime we are there never miss going there for 1, 2 or 3 times for a drink. They makes us feel very comfortable and relaxed. Palace Lounge Lalit Bhadekar and Ass Butler Mgr Nikita Shah also makes us feel welcome. Especially Lalit is very attentive and kind. He is a efficient worker and sure knows how to care for his Guest. We feel so welcomed by him. Whenever I have problem with my mobile he takes care for me, he is very good at it. Clever boy. House Keeping - Nagnath Davita and Ankush is doing a fantastic job. Everytime I use the Banquet Washroom Davita cares for me sincerely. So good feeling.The Banquet Washroom is well maintained. Security Kelash Singh sure had a ready made smile. Each time we use the lift he welcomes us with a broad and genuine smile. Very Polite and very attentive too. Newton Dsouza is truly amazing. He is always smiling and happy. Whenever he tours the Guest around the Palace he enjoys his work with so much of love. He is always full of life. He sure knows in and out about Taj. And knows exactly how to make his Guest excited and well understood. Taj Palace Mumbai is the best Hotel in the world. My husband and I enjoy every minute of our time there with lots of love, joy, happiness and laughter. I talk so high about Taj to whoever I meet. And share photos and videos. "stayacation at Taj heritage hotel. a 122 yrs old hotel the welcome with tulsi mala and tilak displayed Taj respect for our culture. we celebrated our wedding anniversery. Special mention to Ms Urvi for decirationg our room witha delicious pineapple cake( specially made , they usualy have a chocolate cake but my hubby allergic to cholocate!) the heritage tour by Mr Percy was great. we could not visit the 4&5 th floor due to VVVIP movement. Had a great swim at the pool. Breakast spread amazing. Overall Taj Hospitality top NOTCH. Thanks Taj for a memorable stay."
