"i had an amazing 11-night stay at COMO Uma Canggu, truly one of the best hospitality experiences i’ve had. the service was exceptional from start to finish. a special thank you to wulan, arie, yoga, and ricky from guest relations for always being so attentive, warm, and helpful. they really made the stay feel personal and effortless. also a big shoutout to ulan and her team at the beach club, such a great vibe and incredible service every time we visited. what made our stay extra memorable was when i asked for help arranging a small surprise for my boyfriend’s birthday. the team went above and beyond, they prepared a birthday cake and even sang for him, which was such a thoughtful and sweet touch. everything from the rooms to the atmosphere and service was flawless. highly recommend and i will definitely be back 🤍"
