"We were looking to reconnect and reset. I can’t recommend this enough, facilities, service and overall experience was phenomenal. The meticulous attention to detail was outstanding. The resort has 6 villas but still has a full service cocktail bar & restaurant. From complimentary in room snacks, afternoon tea, to nightly turndown service the staff were always on hand to assist. Admittedly we didn’t use a lot of the additional services because we were so well catered for with the standard inclusions. This is definitely a luxury resort and that comes with a cost but I say the cost is justified and if you can fit it in your budget don’t hesitate. I look forward to returning and also trying the other resort that is part of their portfolio Munduk Cabins."

"Such a beautiful property, from the actual building and gardens to all the amazing staff who are warm, kind and extremely good at what they do from the security at the front gate to the gardeners. The breakfasts are the best I have had at a resort/hotel and the cocktails are excellent. Desa Hay is an oasis of calm but only a short distance away from great shopping and restaurants in Pererenan and Canggu."
