"Wow what an amazing experience. A lovely spot on Jimbaran bay. The four Seasons is a beautiful proeprty and has a rustic authentic local feel while remaining upmarket. The facilities are excellent, our daughter enjoyed the kids club and there was a wide range of activities for her. Me and my wife both got to enjoy the spa and can honestly say the massage received was one of the best after sampling sinilar in many locations. The dinners were all great and catered to all tastes. Sundara served more wester favourites such as grilled meat and pizzas. Taman Wantilan server a range of options freahly cooked to order. Jala was an authentic indonesian offering a la carte and fixed options. All food was high quality, fresh and well made. Finally what really made the stay that extra special was the people. This is five star done the right way. All staff helpful and friendly, nothing too kuch trouble and always checking in to make sure things are good or just stopping for polite conversation. Genuinles felt welcomed and at home. Was legitimately sad to leave."

"We couldn’t have asked for a better way to spend our final evening in Bali than on the Jimbaran Bay Sunset Cruise. It was the perfect ending to an unforgettable holiday and created memories we’ll never forget. A huge thank you to our guide, Mario, who made the whole experience so special. From the moment we arrived, he was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. He made us feel completely relaxed, looked after us throughout the cruise, and made sure everything was perfect. Watching the sun set over Jimbaran Bay from the water was absolutely breathtaking. The atmosphere was peaceful, romantic, and exactly what we had hoped for on our last night in Bali. Mario also took some fantastic photos for us, allowing us to enjoy the moment while knowing we’d have beautiful memories to take home. "This property absolutely meets the high bar you expect when it comes to Four Seasons polish. The overall vibe of the resort skews towards subtle, quiet refinement rather than over-the-top, flashy luxury, which creates a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere. The standout feature of this property is undoubtedly the staff. They are extremely well-trained and go out of their way to ensure every single guest is treated like a celebrity. We were particularly grateful for how accommodating the team was, going so far as to give us a ride over to the Raffles next door (which, as a side note to other travelers, looks like a fantastic property if you are traveling strictly as a couple). In terms of the grounds and accommodations, the property is a little bit older and could probably benefit from a renovation to bring it completely up to date. However, even with the slightly dated elements, you are absolutely going to get your money's worth here through the sheer quality of the hospitality and the serene environment. There was truly nothing we could complain about during our stay. That being said, if the resort were to add a bit more variety to their on-site restaurants and food options, it would easily push this property from a solid "meets expectations" into the "exceeds expectations" category. A fantastic stay overall."

"The Four Seasons at Jimbaran Bay is hands down our favorite hotel on Bali. Everything about it is spectacular, but especially the people. Their warmth is authentic and their interpersonal skills top notch. Martini, Atik, Edi, and all the others go out of their way to wow us, and wow us they always do. They make it nearly impossible for any others to compete. From the extremely comfortable villas, each with a perfect private pool, to the dining options (Sundara and Jala are each amazing in their own ways), this paradise is like stepping into a Balinese village with high end luxury and the best service I’ve ever had anywhere in the world. They really do ruin it for the rest. They not only respond to your needs, they anticipate your needs. The question is never “Will we stay at Jimbaran?” but rather “How long can we afford do stay at Jimbaran!” When we arrived to that delicious welcome tea, everyone said “Welcome home” and indeed that’s what it feels like.
