"We have been to the Four Seasons Sayan now several times and this time is no different - nothing has changed. The team led by a very capable Resort Manager Tim Churchmack are still outstanding. The word "no" doesn't exist at this resort. We were made to feel welcome from the moment we arrived at the airport and of course on arrival to the resort. Throughout our 7 days we were treated by all as if we were family - excellent service from the reception to the pool, restaurants and spa. A special mention needs to go to the Chefs - led by Chef Suta all the chefs including Sous Chef's Ong and Paul could not do enough for us preparing food that was suitable for our diets that may not necessarily be on the menu - thank you to you all. We look forward to returning."

"Beyond our best expectations, supremely hospitable, with a very chilled vibe but also so efficient....my wife said they almost anticipated her needs before she even thought about it! The Villa (No.58 I think...) was stunning, enormous but also so intimate and private. After our very tiring flights from London it was an absolute joy to fall asleep in one of the most comfortable beds imaginable. My wife and I were both celebrating our birthday, a day apart, the hotel gave us both beautifully delicious cakes on each night, plus very generously a bottle of champagne 🥂 Two nights were really not enough - we'd love to return."

"The Four Seasons at Sayan is a gorgeous, calming oasis in the middle of the Balinese jungle. The best part about it is the people - every person there could not have been more friendly, more helpful, more kind, more genuine. With a sick child, the staff showed genuine concern and had a doctor to our room in no time. They looked after us to see how else they could make things comfortable while he was under the weather. They also arranged local activities, including a guided tour of local temples, and an amazing river-rafting tour. The grounds are gorgeous and we spent half a day just walking around and exploring nature. The room was beautiful, spacious, comfortable, and quiet, with amazing view over the river. I recommend it wholeheartedly, you will love it!"

"We had a wonderful experience at Four Seasons Bali at Sayan. The resort is beautifully maintained and manicured lending to its relaxing vibe. Our riverside villa was the perfect place to relax. It was extremely comfortable, immaculately clean and maintained, and the perfect set-up to take in the surrounding jungle and the sounds of the Ayung river. The entire staff is EXCEPTIONAL. They made us feel like family and were always available to insure our ongoing comfort and to make sure we always had everything we needed. The food was top of class and always prepared perfectly. We enjoyed every meal, in every restaurant. We especially enjoyed evening cocktails at Ayung terrace. The bar staff is extremely attentive and friendly and the rotating evening entertainment made each evening a special affair. We had several spa treatments at the Sacred River Spa. The spa itself if an oasis of relaxation, and the spa staff and therapist are some of the best we have encountered. Special thanks to Dwi, the spa manager, and Oka, the assistant spa manager for making us feel so welcomed. A special acknowledgment to Agung the Director of Rooms, Dewa from Food and Beverage, and Edi the Guest Experience Manager, all for going above and beyond to make our experience the most memorable and special. We initially stayed at Sayan for three nights and then departed to a neighboring resort. We missed Sayan so much that we departed the neighboring resort after one night, and returned for three more nights. There is simply no other resort that can match the ambiance and magic of Four Seasons Sayan in Bali.
