"We had a truly wonderful stay at Belmond Jimbaran Puri in January and it was one of the highlights of our Bali trip. What impressed us most was the genuine care of the staff. From the first days, the team remembered us, recognised us by face, and always checked if everything was fine and if we were enjoying our stay. We never felt like “just another tourist” — we truly felt like welcomed guests. The food was excellent. Every meal was delicious and beautifully prepared. Breakfasts were especially enjoyable, with a great variety of fresh and high-quality dishes. Dining by the beach was a real pleasure. Service throughout the resort was outstanding — attentive, warm, and professional. Housekeeping worked perfectly: our villa was always spotless, and we loved the thoughtful daily compliments such as fresh fruits and pastries in our room. We were also touched by many lovely gestures, including a cute little turtle souvenir and beautiful bracelets given to us when we were leaving — such a memorable and heartfelt goodbye. Everything at this resort feels well organised, calm, and full of positive energy. It truly feels like a place where guests are treated with care and respect.
