"We had a wonderful stay at Mandapa, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve. From the beautiful surroundings of Ubud to the peaceful atmosphere of the resort, everything was truly special. We especially enjoyed the sunset drinks at Ambar and our dinner at Kubu, where every dish was excellent. During sunset drinks at Ambar, we suddenly felt like having lamb for dinner that evening, and when we asked if Kubu could prepare it, the team kindly arranged it for us. They served a wonderful lamb dish, which made the dinner even more memorable. A special thank you to Made for taking such great care of us during our stay. He was always kind, attentive, and incredibly helpful—from arranging our restaurant reservations and activities to organizing shuttle bus bookings and handling our laundry arrangements smoothly. He also went above and beyond to help us quickly recover a Kindle we accidentally left behind after check-out. His warm hospitality made our stay even more special. We truly felt relaxed and well looked after, and Yuki and I were already talking about coming back again. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.
