The pool area quickly became one of our favourite places to spend time, offering incredible views and a calm atmosphere that made every moment special. The dining experience was another highlight of our stay. The quality of the food was outstanding, with every dish prepared with great care and attention to detail. Each restaurant provided a perfect balance of delicious flavours, beautiful presentation, and a wonderful ambience that made every meal memorable. We would especially like to recognise our butler, Yudi, who played a huge part in making our stay so special. His professionalism, dedication, and warm personality truly made him stand out. He demonstrated excellent organisation and time management, ensuring everything was arranged smoothly, from our daily plans and activities to any requests we had throughout our stay. His quick responses and willingness to assist whenever needed made our experience effortless and enjoyable. What impressed us most was Yudi’s genuine thoughtfulness and attention to detail. He always found ways to add special touches and create unexpected moments that made us feel truly valued as guests. "Raffles Bali exceeded our already high expectations. The property is absolutely beautiful and feels like a secluded nature retreat while offering world-class luxury and service. The villas are thoughtfully designed, with a huge infinity-edge pool and a spacious bale where we happily spent hours relaxing. The complimentary couples massage was excellent, and the spa was one of the highlights of our stay. We were also pleasantly surprised by Rumari—its creative fusion cuisine was both unique and genuinely delicious. Although the beach isn’t suitable for swimming, both the main pool and beach area are peaceful, beautiful, and deserve more attention than they get. The biggest reason our stay was so special, however, was our butler, Jerikho. He took care of every detail, from arranging activities to organizing a beautiful surprise room decoration for our celebration. His warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made everything effortless, and he truly elevated our entire experience. He is the reason our stay felt perfect. One warning for future guests: mosquitoes are part of the experience. You’re surrounded by lush tropical nature, so come prepared—you will get a few (or many) bites :) We would return to Raffles Bali in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, luxurious escape immersed in nature."
