From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the beauty of the resort, the peaceful atmosphere, and the exceptional level of service provided by the entire team. The resort itself is absolutely stunning. The ocean views, beautiful architecture, and carefully designed surroundings create a truly relaxing and luxurious environment. The pool area was one of our favourite places to spend time, with breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere that allowed us to fully enjoy the beauty of Bali. The dining experience was also excellent. The food quality was outstanding, with every meal prepared with great attention to detail. The restaurants offered a wonderful combination of great flavours, beautiful presentation, and a memorable atmosphere that made every dining experience special. A special mention must go to our butler, Wisnu, who made our stay even more memorable. His dedication, professionalism, and warm personality truly stood out. He has excellent time management skills and always ensured everything was perfectly arranged, whether it was organising our daily schedule, coordinating activities, or responding quickly whenever we needed assistance. What impressed us most was his genuine care and thoughtfulness. Wisnu always had little surprises and special touches prepared for us, making our experience feel much more personal. He was always attentive, patient, and welcoming, and his constant smile and positive attitude made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. Thanks to Wisnu’s hard work and outstanding service, our Bali trip became an even more wonderful experience. He truly represents the meaning of luxury hospitality — not only providing excellent service but also creating meaningful and unforgettable memories for guests. "Perfect honeymoon stay We stayed here for our honeymoon, and honestly, everything was perfect. The villa, the view, the restaurants, and the facilities were all amazing, but what impressed us the most was the people. Every single staff member greeted us with a warm smile, and everyone made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. The butler service was especially incredible—every request was handled quickly and with so much care. You can really feel that everyone takes pride in making guests happy. "Bvlgari's resort is incredible - but what makes it extra special is the world-class service. The hospitality of every single staff member is unmatched. Our butler Oni was absolutely wonderful with us, so incredibly attentive, sweet, generous and she took care of everything for us - she captured our hearts and was absolutely perfect from start to finish, whether it was providing wonderful touches to celebrate special occasions or organising transfers seamlessly. She was truly wonderful and we will dearly miss Oni so much. Thank you Oni!!! Our dear friend from our previous visits, Dita, was similarly incredibly generous, welcoming and so wonderful, spending special time with us to ensure we were always comfortable and incredibly well taken care of, and constantly providing us with wonderful surprises and delights. There are not enough words to describe how special Dita is - truly one of a kind, and we are so delighted to have seen Dita elevate the experience even further. Coco our bartender also made us delightful surprises with the excellent delicious cocktails he made us (many of which were his own bespoke creations with extremely impressive flavours). Everyone at poolside, and at the beach, were also fantastic with us - too many to name but rest assured they were all superb and deserve tremendous credit.
