"Stayed 2 nights at Park Hyatt Jakarta in March 2026, and the experience was superb from start to finish. The hotel truly feels ultra-luxurious, with elegant design, beautiful city views, and a very refined atmosphere throughout the property. The location is also very strategic in central Jakarta, near Istana Merdeka and facing Monas, which made the stay even more special. I stayed in both the Park Suite King and Park Deluxe King, and both rooms were outstanding. The Park Suite King felt exceptionally spacious, bright, and sophisticated in the morning, while at night it became even more impressive with its warm lighting and stunning city ambience. The Park Deluxe King was also beautifully appointed and worked perfectly for a birthday surprise for my girlfriend, making the occasion feel intimate and memorable. One of the highlights of the stay was the wellness and fitness area. The facilities were excellent, including a state-of-the-art gym with body composition monitor, hydrojet pool, hot tub, cold plunge, steam room, and sauna. Everything felt premium, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed for relaxation. Most importantly, the service was impeccable. Special thanks to Ms. Vivian, the duty manager, who was very attentive and helpful in assisting with my concern. Her professionalism and care made a strong impression and elevated the overall experience even more. Overall, Park Hyatt Jakarta delivered a luxurious and memorable stay in every way.
