"My stay at Ritz Carlton Jakarta Mega Kuningan was a very positive experience. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. As a platinum elite member, I was originally hoping to get a room upgrade. When checking-in, the front receptionist said unfortunately there were no room upgrades available, so originally it was a bit of a let down. The rooms are very big (considering I am originally located in Hong Kong), the breakfast/dinner buffet was amazing. However, the highlight of my experience was when I visited the spa, my massage was slightly interrupted by some noises caused by plumbing in the neighbor room. The spa staff handled the situation very well. They were very apologetic and even wanted to offer me another free session. Although I was short in time and kindly declined, they still insisted to send me off with a small gift. That said, it was a perfect example of great customer skill. In fact, I’ve already booked my business stay next week for another few nights. Hoping the hotel can keep up with its customer service level, and I strongly recommend Ritz Carlton Jakarta Mega Kuningan. Look forward to my visit. Mr. Mak"
