"I've been to Jakarta several times and had the chance to stay in all the best hotels but, The Ritz Carlton Pacific, in my opinion, is the best for many reasons but, the most important, their staff. I might have to name at least twenty if them, in all Departments. My gold medal goes to the 21st floor guest office , especially Vinny and Shirly, I really gave them a hard time with 24/7 requests that were always answered with a smile and the solution I was waiting. The ladies in the 21st floor restaurant were great, at the third day they already knew what I liked and what not to offer me. Kudos to everyone from the Manager to the people who was cleaning the rooms. Hope to see you all soon! Terima kasi!"

"We stayed at The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Pacific Place for 8 nights as part of my husband’s work trip and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Our suite was incredibly spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed, with beautiful night views across Jakarta. The location was excellent — convenient, safe, and directly connected to Pacific Place Mall, which made everything very easy. The breakfast each morning was delicious with a fantastic variety, and the facilities were outstanding. The inclusion of 3 complimentary laundry items per adult per day was also such a thoughtful and useful touch for a longer stay. However, the absolute best aspect of the hotel is the staff. Every single team member was warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. Nothing was ever too much trouble. The staff consistently went out of their way to assist us — from making recommendations to carefully booking taxis and communicating directly with drivers to ensure we arrived safely and at the correct destinations. A very special thank you to Korine, who showed exceptional kindness and professionalism when my husband became unwell during our stay. She organised for a doctor and nurse to visit the hotel and even attended our room personally to assist with translation between the doctor and patient. Her care and support meant so much to us during a stressful time. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We would absolutely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jakarta."
