"Lovely hotel slightly outside of Cortina, but with free shuttle service to the town center. The room was well appointed with a nice view. The service was incredibly warm and helpful, from the friendly welcome to arranging boxed breakfasts for an early morning start and making suggestions for restaurants in Cortina. We also had an excellent dinner in the hotel restaurant."

"One of the most disappointing luxury hotel experiences I’ve ever had I booked one of the hotel’s most expensive suites several months in advance, paying approximately €2100 per night, expecting the level of comfort and service that a five-star luxury property should provide. When I arrived with several couples of friends, I was shocked to discover that my suite had no shower at all—only a bathtub. This was completely unexpected, especially for a suite in this price range. When I went to the front desk to explain the situation, instead of apologizing or trying to solve the problem, I was told that I should have asked in advance whether the suite had a shower, that it was “normal” for the suite to have only a bathtub, and that there were no other rooms available. After a long and unpleasant discussion, the hotel finally offered me access to another suite only to take a shower, but that solution would not be available for the following days. Their only other option was to move me to a room two categories below the suite I had paid for, without offering any refund or price adjustment. I have traveled extensively around the world and stayed in many of the finest luxury hotels. I have never been treated this way anywhere. The lack of empathy, accountability, and willingness to provide a fair solution was astonishing. Luxury hospitality is not just about beautiful rooms—it is about service and how guests are treated when something goes wrong. In this case, Rosapetra failed completely. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone expecting the standards of a true five-star luxury property."

"An upmarket hotel with beautiful views across the Dolomites. Everything about the hotel was excellent. The rooms, the spa (although we only used the pool) and dining. The close proximity to Cortina and the free hotel shuttle bus to and from there made visit and eating out very easy. However, the key to the hotel’s appeal was the staff. Everyone from the receptionist to the waiters were professional, friendly, smiley and helpful. They are the ones who really made the difference. We’d like to give a special shout out for the concierge Canio and also Elisa. But as I say everyone was great. I rare thing indeed."

"Stayed for 3 nights. Resort is situated just outside Cortina D’Amprezzo, but they run a free shuttle bus service. Welcome drinks on arrival courtesy of the resort was great, the grounds and views are lovely. Spa was excellent, as was breakfast, many thanks to Daniel for excellent service. We had one meal at the resort which was excellent. Rooms were very good, but the lack of air conditioning was a minus point. Parking was done by the staff in the parking garage. Wonderful resort."

"Had a great time at this hotel! The staff were so accommodating. The bar tender in particular Dominico was incredible! I do not drink alcohol and he was very creative in coming up with non alcoholic cocktails that were delicious. Going so far as to make a drink that matched my outfit!"
