There were days when I stayed in my room for almost two days, and whenever I returned in the evening, I would always find my room perfectly cleaned with small sweets waiting for me, which was such a lovely touch. Even when I ordered food late at night, it always arrived quickly, beautifully presented, and still hot. One thing I truly appreciated was the respect for personal space. From my balcony, I could sometimes see the housekeeping staff cleaning nearby rooms, and whenever they noticed me sitting there, they would politely avoid looking or disturbing me. That level of consideration made me feel very comfortable and respected. I was also impressed by the hotel’s texting service. Their responses were always incredibly fast, gentle, and professional. What made the experience even more special was how the staff remembered our names and greeted us warmly every time we passed by. It gave such a personal and welcoming feeling, as if every guest truly mattered. During breakfast, there was an Egyptian staff member who stood out especially for his kindness and joyful personality. He was very helpful and always smiling. Honestly, all the staff members were wonderful, but his warm energy made every morning brighter.
