"Hotel Glance is a small boutique hotel and was a great choice for our short stay in Florence. Front desk was very friendly and accommodating. Our room wasn’t ready upon arrival, but they held out bags and gave suggestions on what to do while we waited. The rooftop bar and pool are a nice unique perk for the area. The location felt safe and walking distance to all major city sites. I would recommend it if looking for a clean, small hotel with a lovely rooftop."

"Firstly, may I say, the hospitality shown by the entire staff was exceptional. Nothing was too difficult for them. Salvatore, the hospitality manager, made the best coffees Secondly, the location in Florence is just a short walk from the station, making it easy to get around. And thirdly, the rooms, the pool, the vibe was amazing. The view from the top deck - breath taking. We are definitely coming back to Florence and staying at the Glance."

"We left Rome where we had an amazing hotel experience and was worried about this being a let down after that one. Wow were we excited to find the Glance in Florence is like a 5 star hotel. The desk clerks were exceptionally friendly and the junior king suite we had was clean and comfortable, the bath products were really nice and the daily Houskeeping service was super. The pool area was over the top amazing! The views from that pool deck are post card worthy- we only used the bar up there once but it was nice too. The breakfast- where do I start? The breakfast manager was just the kindest most attentive engaged manager I have met- just adored him. (I work for Hilton back in the states so that says something!) give him a promotion! The buffet at breakfast was plentiful and delicious and restocked right away when needed. The attendants were also great! They had American coffee which I really appreciated! The only negative was the WiFi was spotty at times they might need to upgrade their service especially in the evening we noticed glitches in streaming. The location is prime too- walk to everything including the train station. We spent 6 nights here and don’t regret it a bit, Great hotel! I will stay here again when we return someday!"

"We had an amazing stay at Glance! The staff really made this stay special, they went out of their way to be helpful and cheerful each day. Breakfasts were amazing, and the aunset view from the rooftop bar was unbeatable. Great location for walking to all of the sights in Florence. Would definitely go back!"

"Small hotel well located near the center of Florence. Updated facility with nice rooftop bar and pool. The staff is courteous, professional and very helpful. Breakfast has a good variety. Highly recommend."
