Everybody, from the front desk to the people who work the door treat you like family. (I wish I remembered all their names because they all deserve praise.) The room was beautiful, and the breakfast was off the charts."

"Our stay at Il Tornabuoni was wonderful. The location was perfect. We were so close to everything and all within walking distance from the hotel. The staff were all accommodating and helpful. The room was beautiful. They had a turndown service in the evening. It was nice coming back to the room after waking around all day and it was ready to go. Loved it."

"This is now one of our favorite hotels in the world. We live near and often stay at hotels like the Broadmoor, Ritz Carlton Central Park, The Edition Rome and similar. This is now at the top of our list, the staff was world class, Nicolo, at the front desk, Jon at the door, the housekeepers and the team in the bar made us feel like we were at home. The bedding was out of this world and the room itself felt luxurious and warm at the same time. The bed itself was perfect, and we looked forward to the turndown service each night. The TV was not our favorite, but who cares when everything else is spot on! We’ll be back!"
