"A very special hotel in the hills above Florence. Everything was perfect, especially the newly refurbished junior suite that we enjoyed. With regular free shuttles into Florence it is the place to stay, away from the city heat. Beautiful large swimming pool and gardens to relax in. Will definitely be visiting again."

"we were disappointed by the service, the team lacked training, the worst was in the hotel's restaurant. Otherwise the location is beautiful and so are the amenities but this was not enough to compensate."
