"Before arrival the concierge was extremely helpful with planning activities, reservations, etc. Location was perfect for enjoying the Italian riviera; easy walks to a lot of different places. The hotel, pool and grounds are obviously beautiful and our room was too; amazing views, super clean. They also have really nice towels. It has a high end feel but relaxed enough to be very inviting. They sent a few extra things to our room as it was my birthday, such a nice surprise and gesture. Couldn't imagine a better place to spend it. Just wish we had stayed longer."
