"We have not stayed at this hotel yet, but my correspondence with them this week (n December 2025) while making our summer reservations for 2026 has been so wonderful! They show hospitality second to none even through email! I am so impressed how helpful and kind (and patient) they have been with me in email as I reserved 2 rooms for our family and had questions regarding which rooms to stay. I already feel connected with this helpful staff and I have not even stayed there yet. I have a feeling we are headed for a very special stay in Lake Como and already glad we chose this hotel!"

"A rating of Excellent just doesn't adequately describe our stay at the Hotel Belvedere. We've been fortunate enough to stay in several very nice hotels around the world, but nothing compares to the Hotel Belvedere in Bellagio! The entire resort is quite amazing...everything is updated, the spa is quite incredible (complimentary steam room, sauna, ice room, Himalayan salt room, and more, with many other priced spa services), the rooms are beautiful and spacious, the view of Lake Como is second to none, and the complimentary breakfast is out of this world - fresh everything!...and all within a short walk to downtown Bellagio for great food and shopping. But what really makes Hotel Belvedere unique and awesome is the staff...never have I experienced a group of genuine, friendly, helpful, and generous professionals like those of Hotel Belvedere. Apparently mentioning specific people is frowned upon in a review, so to the restaurant and pool servers, the bartenders, front desk, and concierge teams, you are wonderful and YOU made our stay a treasure to remember! I could go on raving about the Hotel Belvedere, but I think you get the point...the absolute BEST hotel ever, and we will always treasure the memories of our nine-day visit with you! See you again soon."

"I visited the Hotel Belvedere with my mother at the beginning of October 2025. It was a magical experience. The staff became friendly faces I saw everyday who catered to and followed up with our every need. The property was so beautiful. The breakfast buffet was out of this world and it all overlooked lake como with breathtaking views. The shuttle into town was so helpful to my mom when she couldn’t walk. I had a lovely massage as well! I can’t say enough about the concierge desk and all the people who helped us arrange transport and reservations . This is a must stay place when in Bellagio. The rooms and bathrooms are modern, renovated and beautiful and overlook the water. Only 5-10 min walk into town if you don’t take the shuttle. We are so grateful to have found this hotel!!!"

"Best hotel and location at Bellagio. This hotel is located in a quiet area but only a 5 minute walk to the hustle and bustle of town. The staff offered 5 star service and were extremely helpful with restaurant recommendations. They arranged for a romantic private boat trip and transportation to and from the airport. The spa was the best part of this hotel! It was complimentary and by far one of the best that I have been to."

"Belvedere is an elegant hotel with a modern touch! Though our room was a bit small (310), it was perfectly comfortable and clean, with french doors and a little "Juliet" balcony that overlooked the pool, Lake Como, and the mountains beyond. The bathroom was just fine (more french doors) and very modern shower with lights and sprays. The hotel is quiet and a bit tucked away on a hill with a short walk to the center of Belliago, to catch a boat, dine, and shop! Breakfast was a simple but adequate buffet and eggs made to order. We did not dine in the hotel restaurant other than breakfast, but I was told it was quite good. Staff is professional and personable, especially Victor Manuel, who made us feel very welcome. I will return!"
