"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent hotel with very clean and comfortable rooms. The customer service was outstanding, and the reception staff were very welcoming. Camilla at the front desk was especially kind, professional, and helpful. She made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!"

"Overall a nice stay. Lovely large room with a fabulous view, efficient AC and good towels. Beautiful view from the restaurant. Staff were friendly, There were a few irritations which knocked a star off for me for a supposedly high class hotel. 1. Bed sheets had a weird linen/rough like texture. 2. You had to reserve and pay €50 to use the pool?! 3. Coffee machine leaked everywhere and didn’t work in the room. 4. The hot items at breakfast were lukewarm at best, pastries were dry. It was a struggle to get service to get a coffee. 5. WIFI was poor unless you signed up for the loyalty program. 6. Reception was a bit soulless with no atmosphere. The sofa I sat on smells of stale sweat and needs cleaning. The location isn’t the greatest to access public transport or sightseeing without taxis. This is my fault for not researching enough though!"

"The de Bernard Hotel is an incredibly charming boutique hotel in the heart of Naples. My family and I enjoyed our stay. The staff was warm and welcoming, and the food at breakfast and at the in-house restaurant was delicious. The rooms were very spacious. I was really surprised at how comfortable the mattresses are as well. Most hotel mattresses are so-so but these matched the mattresses we have at home."
