"I can write a book praising this extraordinary hotel. We stayed for 5 nights. The place is immaculate on all levels. A man made village that will fascinate you. The service topnotch. The food open up all your senses (especially in Borgo’s Saturday festival). Hotel is for all ages! The adult pools very clean and the service is 5 stars superior especially Michael! He was so attentive! He follows your eyes and understands directly if needed without calling him. Beach is beautiful. Service is as good as the pool! The concierge. Can’t write enough. His name was Luca . He helped us choose how to spend our 5 days vacation worry free. He helped with everything and directly answered all my questions. Massage in spa was great and a plus. The shop in hotel sells nice different unique pieces. Breakfast was unique. The choices are never ending done with highest quality of natural products. At the end of the stay the breakfast team gave us a gift bag with a note signed by them. Borgo is in itself a unique unbeatable experience. I will miss it and will definitely go back"

"This was hands down the greatest resort experience I've ever had. Came with my wife to celebrate our anniversary and every single moment there was magic. I'll list some highlights below: - The design is impeccable. Every square inch of the resort is beautifully designed, architected, and manicured. Like no matter where you are there - inside, outside, at the pool, in the bathroom, it looks staged and ready for a photo op. The rooms are gorgeous, beautiful, lush bathrooms, and most have balconies or rooftops with gorgeous views. - The two adult pools were stunning. 32 meters and 36 meters long! And even though it was high season, the pool was never crowded. I pretty much had the whole pool to myself for my daily swims. Poolside service was also excellent. There is also a family pool (for kids) at the other end of the resort. It looked nice but we never used it. They also have a legit beach club with a nice swimming spot and great service. The most delicious cocktail I had on the entire trip was served to me at their beach club. You just hop on a golf cart and they drive you down. fi - The spa was incredible. We didn't book or pay for any spa services, but enjoyed the hydro therapy regiment (extreme heat sauna, steam room, regular heat sauna, ice scrape, cool pool, cool showers). This is free and available for all guests. Great locker rooms, showers, slippers, and robes as well for spa use. Highly recommend. - The food was amazing. We ate at 3 of the main restaurants and each one was special. And I'm still dreaming about this random focaccia bread pizza we got randomly for lunch at the bar. The food was expensive of course but never felt over priced. Our favorite meal there was probably at the steak restaurant. - On Saturdays during high season they host a festival in their 'village square' and that was an absolute highlight. It felt like we were invited to a giant Italian wedding. It was $175 per person, but came with all you can eat and all you can drink with incredible food stations, wine & cocktails, desserts, etc. And incredible entertainment. It's an absolute must if you're there while it's happening. - Service was superb across the board. You feel so welcomed by everyone from reception to housekeeping to the lifeguards who set you up at the pool. My only complaint of this place is that it is so nice that you don't really want to leave it. We had all these ideas to drive around the region to explore the old cities but we barely left because it was so serene."

"Borgo Egnazia is truly one of the most unique hotel experiences I’ve ever had. There simply isn’t another property in the area that comes close to offering the same atmosphere. From the moment you arrive, it feels as though you’ve stepped into a beautifully restored monastery, where timeless architecture meets understated luxury. Although the rooms are smaller than those of many large luxury resorts, the incredible grounds, thoughtful design, and overall experience make you feel genuinely special throughout your stay. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a wonderful selection of fresh local products, and the majority of the staff were warm, attentive, and welcoming. A very special thank you to **Francesca**, who went above and beyond to help us locate our luggage after it was delayed by the airline. We arrived already feeling stressed, and her kindness, patience, and genuine willingness to help made all the difference. She is a wonderful example of true hospitality. Unfortunately, our interaction with **Benedetta** was quite different. We found her impatient and not particularly approachable at a time when we were already dealing with the frustration of missing luggage. A little empathy in those moments goes a long way, and I hope future guests receive the same level of care that Francesca consistently provided. That said, I would never let one disappointing interaction overshadow what was otherwise an exceptional stay. Borgo Egnazia is a remarkable destination and, in my opinion, the finest luxury hotel in the region. If you’re planning a trip to Puglia and want an unforgettable experience, have no doubt, this is the place to book."
