"We had a nice stay here! We got the family suite and in terms of space, it was pretty small for a family of 4 and the layout was a bit wonky. The location could not have been better, it is located very conveniently Rome! We walked most of the time in Rome, and had no issues doing that given how centrally located it is. Needless to say getting around (walking, driving, Uber) was very easy. The atmosphere of the hotel was fine, nothing particularly special but not poor by any means. In terms of cleanliness we had no issues! Our hotel was clean and tidy when we came in and housekeepers did a great job. Amenities were fairly minimal, but they had a nice lounge room downstairs which we really enjoyed. I would say that the only constructive critics in we have was just that the rooms were small. Other than that, a nice stay!"

"amazing location. Can walk to just about everything Rome has to offer. The service is better than the 5 star resorts I have stayed in. We were being treated like we were the only guests here. Amazing food recommendations as well. Staff is on the ball. You ask, they jump with a smile. I deal with hotels for a living…this is one I will highly recommend."

"The room was great and the location was perfect. I knocked two stars off of my review because of the front desk woman on May 29th in the morning. She should probably refrain from calling guests trash if she doesn’t know that they fluently speak Italian. Maybe she was having a bad morning, but her behavior at every interaction was unacceptable. 1) I asked her how to turn on the AC after I managed to turn it off. She claimed that she could see from the front desk that it was on despite me explaining that it clearly said off. 2) I asked for a late check out which is part of the capital one program that I booked through. She said “I have an early check in coming so I can’t give it to you”. Well that tells me whoever the early check in guest was, they are important than me. 3) When I asked the porter to hold my luggage, she looked up at me and told him that the bags belonged to the trash and nodded towards me. When she saw my facial expression she realized her mistake. I guess she didn’t approve that I was wearing a crop top in near 90 degree weather since I gave her no other reason to refer to me as that. I lived in Rome for a year of my life. I studied the language for eight years. Just because I have an American passport doesn’t mean it’s excuse to behave like she did."
