"This place only has 8 suites! It is so beautiful, the rooms are very nice as the bathrooms. We really enjoyed the restaurant and bar here. The service was top notch! You really get to know the staff and they get to know you! Location is good too can walk most places. Taxi was easy to get too."

"Everything about this hotel was perfect. I’m not sure why it is not considered a five star hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful and the service was the best I’ve had at any property. The room was beautiful and our breakfast were wonderful each day. It is well located and a beautiful property. We will go back there the next time we are in Rome I highly recommend it."

"We had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel for 3 nights in May 2026, during a 14 day Italy trip planned and booked by Chris from Destination Masters in Garden Grove, CA. We were warmly greeted by the hotel staff in their cozy hotel lobby. We were directed to have a seat in their comfortable chairs as they offered us water, coffee, etc. A member of their team took care of our luggage as another member got us checked in. They advised us that we were not only their guest, but part of their family and if there was an anything they could do, please ask. The entire service team not only “Talked the talk, but walked the walk”. Service was amazing is all aspects. It happened to be my birthday and they upgraded my room to an amazing 3rd floor, suite with balcony. In addition, they had a welcome gift, celebrating my birthday which included a cake with candle, some fresh strawberries, cookies, a beautiful white rose and a hand written birthday note(see photo). Now how’s that for a wonderful check-in and the start of our Rome stay. Our room was extremely comfortable and spacious. There was a large balcony, which had small table and chairs, and a love seat sofa to relax in (see photo) There was a motorized re-tractable awing to control sun exposes which was wonderful when the hot afternoon sun shined onto the balcony. The room had a large wine cooler with many different types of wine to enjoy, if you choose to purchase (see photo) Very convenient and tempting. This hotel has a dedicated wine sommelier available and a wine cellar with over 10,000 bottles to choose from. Truly heavenly for anyone who enjoys fine wines. Our stay included breakfast, which they graciously brought up to our room daily(see photo). The bed was super comfortable and the daily housekeeping superb (see photo). The hotel was located in a quiet neighborhood and walking distance to many great restaurant’s which were recommended by the hotel staff. They were all great. During our Italy trip, we stayed in four wonderful hotels, from Venice, Florence, Rome and Massa Lubrense. This hotel was top of the list for its great location, modern and comfortable rooms, but mostly for the warm and attentive service. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wishing a first class stay when visiting Rome."
