"Hotel Eden is one of the best hotels and experiences I've ever had anywhere in the world. The amenities are fantastic, the location is perfect, but most important of all the staff is exceptional. Every interaction we had with hotel staff from the doorman, bellman, concierge, front desk, housekeeping, etc. was absolutely amazing. They take service seriously and really make you feel at home and welcomed. Dimitri in the bar upstairs not only makes a fabulous Negroni but he is great with kids and really goes the extra mile to make sure you're being taken care of and feel special."
