"I took great care to reserve a room early. Supposedly 4 star. We were late being checked in. They had given my room to someone who had rented for a week. The desk person did not deny this. We were put in an attic room, where the ceiling was slanted, and went from 3 ft to 8 ft. All other rooms were full. We all bumped our heads several times. The manager tried to convince me the room was very popular. No offer was made to discount the stay."
