It is very clean, quiet, comfortable, located well to walk to the central sites, nice staff and good service, transfers arranged, good choices breakfast, and wonderful home made biscuits and cakes. "This is the best hotel we have ever stayed at. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The inside is so clean and beautiful. I have environmental sensitivities to mold, and I experienced no allergies or issues because there is no mold at all. The building is mold, dust, and water damage free! It is spotless and no air quality problems. And the decor is fabulous! Everyday they prepare gourmet homemade breakfast made with the best ingredients. It is better than grandma’s cooking! They will even prepare you breakfast boxes if you have an event before breakfast formally begins. Awesome location in Monti, Rome. Very safe location. They lock the doors too, and are always ready to buzz you in. The staff here is truly incredible. So friendly. It is a very walkable location to everything— Colosseum, Vatican, all Major Basilicas, restaurants, gelato places, grocery stores, boutique shops, the Roman Forum and many more! There are so many cute shops and delicious food options as you step outside the hotel. We will definitely be staying here again! We could not recommend this stay enough. It is a wonderful boutique hotel for everyone- single, couple, family trip. 100 stars out of 10."

"Celebrating my significant special birthday at The Fifteen Keys Hotel was absolutely fantastic. Great location, delicious restaurants within walking distance, 15 mins walk to Spanish Steps. The suite was extra roomy, spotlessly clean and very quiet. The staff are what makes this Hotel so great. Nothing is too much trouble. They booked our airport pick up & drop off, restaurants and activities for us. E-mailed a copy of one of our passports to us within seconds when one of our group didn't have ID to get into the Colosseum! The breakfast is 5*, a full range range to suit all tastes and each day a new juice to sample, fruit, pastries, bacon, eggs, home made granola and more. All delicious. The breakfast team are wonderful. A great way to start your day! Will definitely return."
