"In terms of friendliness and willingness to help wherever needed, a solid 10 out of 10. Very good beds and a beautiful view from the terrace of the Alto bar. Our room on the third floor also had a lovely view. The hotel is really well located. Not a maximum score because there were a few minor imperfections. A cosy salon‑style sitting area where you can unwind for a moment would, in our opinion, definitely be an added value."

"A fantastic hotel well located with staff that genuinely want you to enjoy their city. Special mention to Stefano who just made things happen from tours to restaurants he was what concierges used to be. The hotel does everything well. Starting with the rooms - they are reasonably sized and well appointed with coffee machines and excellent products but the star is the super comfy beds and that is what counts after days pounding the cobbles of Rome. Rooftop bar a real pleasure for late night drink and breakfast superb. Coming here was a real bonus for what was our first trip to Rome and we will be back"

"Excellent hotel, we loved it so much we came back again a few weeks later. The staff are the best i’ve ever come across - Daniela and Steffano in particular, the concierge Roy was also impeccable, made us feel really taken care of. 24 hour room service quality is unreal, incredible pizza at 3am after a boozy wedding - can’t beat it. Superb rooms, best beds and pillow service, great gadgets like B&O speakers, bathrooms are beautiful - excellent shower. Concierge is very helpful with knowledge of the city, non-tourist eatery recommendations and taxi ordering. Perfect location for everything and anything. We felt like we got a completely personalised service and could not ask for more. I would say best hotel in Rome but we haven’t stayed anywhere else yet - and to be honest we probably won’t. Wasn’t cheap but worth every penny."

"My family and I stayed at The First Musica Hotel in Rome in July 2025. This boutique hotel was beautiful and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! EKatrina at the front desk was super sweet, helpful, and was excited to share with us all of the nearby sites to see, restaurants, and shopping. This was our first family trip to Europe and First Musica was our first hotel during our two week trip to Italy. The First Musica staff and EKatrina made us feel at home, relaxed, and very welcome!!!! Great experience!!!!"
