"As we celebrate 6 months since our wedding, we wanted to take the time to write a proper review of the incredible hospitality we experienced during our stay and throughout our wedding day. From start to finish, the experience was incredible and the professionalism we experienced is unrivaled. We are so happy that we made the decision to share this special hotel with our family and friends. Planning: Communicating via email was incredibly easy and the hotel was accommodating and very easy to get in touch with throughout the entire planning process. The entire wedding was seamlessly planned via email, including fantastic recommendations for our floral arrangements through a vendor familiar with the hotel. The process was simple and a formal contract was put together that outlined the entire event from start to finish. For these reasons, the buildup to the wedding was stress-free. Arrival/stay: The hotel was very accommodating with our entire family arriving around the same time. The hotel team ensured that everyone was comfortably situated in their rooms, and it did not go unnoticed that the hotel provided us with an incredible upgrade to our room upon arrival which made the experience so much more special. The size and impressiveness of the room from the chandelier to the artwork on the ceiling were unlike any other property we have experienced. Whenever we needed boats for transportation or a snack or a drink, the hotel was extremely prompt and service was always seamless. The hotel was also very accommodating with us using the property to take some family photos and wedding photos. We always felt welcome everywhere we went on the property. Ceremony: We could not have asked for a better ceremony. It was a beautiful day in the hotel’s garden and the staff was extremely professional and attentive to detail. Because of the staff’s attention to detail we never felt rushed or stressed over any details pertaining to the event. The floral arrangements were beautifully placed outside and the table arrangements were perfectly placed for our reception before dinner. The hotel took care of all of these details with minimal interaction required during the day of the wedding ceremony which made the day feel even more special. Little things like making sure my wife had water before the ceremony and checking in on her were really appreciated. Dinner Service: The dinner service was something we will never forget. It was a nice touch that the entire staff greeted us as we moved from the garden to the main dining room. The presentation of the food and the service was flawless. We will never forget the food and the wine pairings. The presentation of the cake outside with some of the roses we used in the ceremony was an amazing touch. We look forward to seeing the hotel staff again soon and we can’t wait to share this hotel with more of our friends and family for years to come."

"I could truly rave about this hotel. My husband surprised me with a stay at Palazzo Venart for my birthday and our honeymoon, and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. The staff consistently went above and beyond, helping my husband organise every thoughtful detail, from wonderful dinner reservations to memorable activities, including a beautiful gondola ride. One of the highlights was the care and attention shown each time we returned to our room. We were greeted with small, thoughtful treats like handmade soaps and sweets, and those personal touches genuinely delighted us. The location is ideal, just a short walk from iconic landmarks such as the Rialto Bridge, as well as many fantastic Venetian restaurants. For such a well‑situated hotel, the lack of noise was impressive. Our room was immaculate, spacious, and incredibly comfortable - we slept wonderfully throughout our stay. Breakfast was another standout, with a fantastic à la carte menu and pastries that were truly exceptional. A special thank you to Giacomo and Luana for checking in on us throughout our visit and ensuring our stay was unforgettable.
