"We are so grateful to the wonderful people at the Intercontinental Osaka IHG for making the end of our 2 weeks in Japan everything we could’ve dreamed of! From check-in to check-out, we were sincerely blown away by the level of care across each and every department. Special mention to the gentlemen who checked us in, I regret that I lost his card but I think his name began with Tazu (?). His wonderful assistance as we arrived set the tone for our stay! Also the welcoming team downstairs who swept in and took our bags as we arrived and had them to our room so quickly and efficiently! Wow. Thank you. Every aspect of customer comfort has been anticipated and absolutely nothing is too much trouble. From all of the facilities to all of the people, we would not change a thing! We ate breakfast and dinner also and the food/drink was perfection. Cleaning was perfection. I could go on! We hope to return one day! Thank you 🙏"

"As elsewhere throughout Japan, we found this hotel to be virtually perfect. The staff are superb, they are attentive, polite and nothing is too much trouble. The room was immaculate with beautiful facilities in all respects. The concierge and taxi services are first rate and the connection to the adjoining shopping centres is simple and immediate as one comes out of the hotel area. Breakfast in Room service was marvellous and swift. Well done IHG yet again."

"Amazing experience and service and amenities are top notched. Kinda expensive but worth it. Room was large and the location is central to all major shopping places/brands. It next to the station so the made our trip very convenient to explore. The smell when entering the hotel was amazing. The scent and view made our time spent here so memorable and luxurious. Since the reception is on the 20th floor, the place/Our room higher floors was very quiet and felt very private. Will definitely come back again. Hope to enjoy this experience again."
