"I was immediately struck by the magnificent setting of the hotel upon walking through the front doors. Truly a beautiful hotel staffed with nicest and most accommodating team I’ve ever had the pleasure of being hosted by. The rooms were fantastic, and we were catered to all of our needs and more without hesitation. The housekeeping team were even kind enough to fold all of my clean laundry that I had dumped on my bed in my haste to go to my groups next activity. Shiyo, our bartender, was exceptional in service and attitude. The entrance walkway all the way to our rooms were impeccably clean. We never had an issue with any disturbing noise either. All-in-all I could not recommend this hotel enough to all considering a stay at this truly luxury property."

"I had such an amazing experience at the W. The place itself is impeccable, the architecture and overall interior is incredible. The service is the best I’ve experienced in a while and more importantly I had an incredible relaxing massage/facial treatment at the W Spa with Kazumi. Kazumi was incredibly knowledgeable in all things skin care and made me feel so comfortable and offered top tier service. Kazumi was so welcoming and left me feeling so incredibly relaxed and my skin was absolutely glowing! Thank you Kazumi! And thank you W hotel for our stay! We will definitely be coming back."

"W Osaka gives off a fun, hip vibe from the second you enter it. This is a beautiful hotel in an outstanding location. Just one block to Shinbaishi shopping street, three blocks to subway, and 10 minutes to Dotonburi. We were upgraded to a corner room with many modern features, nightly turndown service, and several nice little touches. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are exceptionally quiet, The best thing about the W, however, is the staff. Literally every member of the staff - every one of them - was cheerful and courteous and made us feel extremely welcome. Special thanks to Andrew in Oo-la-la and Michelle on the front desk."

"This is a review on AWAY Spa at the W. One of the best massages I’ve ever had, and I’ve tried quite a few. Kazumi really knows what she’s doing, her technique and understanding of pressure points made a big difference, and the pressure was just right throughout. She was also very attentive and adjusted things based on what I needed, which made the whole experience feel personal and comfortable. The spa itself was great too. It has very clean, calm, and relaxing feeling from the moment you walk in. I left feeling noticeably lighter and much less tense. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a high-quality wellness experience."
