"Wonderful afternoon tea at the Lounge. Exquisitely made savoury and sweet pastries. Wide range of Japanese tea, teas, coffee . Drinks were free flow so one could sample the various teas on offer. Excellent service from Lily , our server, who was attentive, cheerful and provided in depth knowledge of the various Japanese teas and origins of ingredients used in the various afternoon tea items and suggested pairings with the food. Truly a must visit in Tokyo!"

"Bvlgari blew me away! I’ve traveled around the world and have been fortunate enough to stay at some of the best hotels. I stayed here with my wife and two kids, and every aspect of our experience was low-stress, with impeccable customer service. It's worth noting they make the hotel feel like it is empty even when it was at capacity. This is key! Never waited for an elevator. Never waited for service. It's all about each traveler here and keeping the experience smooth The concierge was superb and helped with restaurant reservations, as well as any advice we needed. The room was incredibly comfortable, and the view of the city from above was spectacular. Breakfast featured the best Eggs Benedict I’ve ever had. The bar on the 45th floor also had amazing views and was a wonderful place to relax. We had guaranteed connecting rooms, which was a huge plus, since many hotels don’t guarantee them. Lastly, the location! If you don’t want to walk out the door and immediately feel overwhelmed by crowds, this is a great spot. It’s also within walking distance of the shops in Ginza. If you don’t mind taking taxis or trains, this area is perfect as a base and is a destination in itself. Not to mention, I had one of the best massages I’ve ever experienced at the spa."

"The Bvlgari Hotel far exceed my expectations! I expected the hotel to be beautiful based on the pictures posted on the website. But what really stood out for me is how the team made me feel so welcomed. I truly regret that I did not get the name of each person who assisted me with my daily requests because each person was so helpful and was such a delight to work with. From the young lady who escorted us to the registration desk, to everyone at the registration desk, along with the housekeeping team and the gentleman at the concierge desk, they were all wonderful in handling my requests. It was such a joy to be greeted by Gurung Bikram each morning for breakfast. He really helped to set the tone for the entire day. The young ladies in the restaurant as well as the upstairs bar were also great. And Simone Fagiolini went above the call when we needed assistance with directions outside of the Ginza area. Also, I must mention the young lady who provided the facial and massage. Everything about this visit was perfect and it is the people who made the difference. I have to say the Bvlgari Tokyo has set the bar for my hotel stays. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!"
