Opened in 2014 and rising across 23 floors to hold 317 rooms and suites, the property was designed to carry the monumental scale expected of a flagship business hotel without severing its connection to the local material tradition. The rooftop pool terrace, framed by warm travertine walls and oriented over the city's rolling topography, makes the relationship between building and landscape its central argument. Inside, two distinct registers operate simultaneously. Guest rooms carry a composed, cosmopolitan restraint — tufted upholstered headboards in champagne linen, deep navy wall panels, coffered ceilings with cove lighting, and bathrooms finished in dark Nero Marquina marble — with floor-to-ceiling windows framing the city's illuminated hills at night.
