"I recently had a fantastic stay at St. Regis where the accommodations, staff, and food were absolutely wonderful. Everyone from the wait staff, butlers team, to security who helped find wayward Talabat drivers, were extremely welcoming and friendly. The breakfasts were fantastic, and I never felt rushed no matter how busy the staff were. A special shout out to Mamoun, Abdullah, and Saed for keeping the coffee flowing and great food recommendations. The rooms were very clean and the cleaning staff were friendly and efficient. Would happily stay here again, 10/10."

"Although my stay at The St. Regis Amman was relatively short, it was filled with memorable moments and the level of luxury you would expect from such an iconic hotel. From the moment I arrived, the Front Office team made me feel genuinely welcome. Their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to assist with anything I needed set a wonderful first impression. I also had the opportunity to dine at Tamara Restaurant. The food was delicious, the quality was excellent, and the overall dining experience was very enjoyable. If I could suggest one small area for improvement, it would be for the staff to have a deeper knowledge of the ingredients and preparation of each dish. Aside from that, everything was excellent. The fitness center deserves special recognition. It was exceptionally clean, well-equipped, and had a relaxing atmosphere. The trainers were friendly, professional, and always available to help, making every workout a pleasure. Without a doubt, breakfast at Mercado Restaurant was the highlight of my stay. I would like to sincerely thank the restaurant manager for building such an outstanding team. Every morning before heading to work, I enjoyed breakfast there, and the experience was consistently exceptional. The staff were warm, attentive, genuinely polite, and demonstrated impressive professionalism and product knowledge. I was fortunate to be served by Saed, Omar, Hassan, and many other wonderful team members. Every single morning, one of them made sure I felt welcomed and well looked after. Their hospitality, attention to detail, and genuine care turned breakfast into something I looked forward to every day. The room was clean, well-maintained, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, allowing me to enjoy a great night’s sleep. If I could make one minor suggestion, it would be to consider using a different room fragrance in the future, as a more refined scent would further enhance the overall experience. Overall, I had a truly enjoyable stay and left with wonderful memories. I would happily return to The St. Regis Amman and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for exceptional service, genuine hospitality, and a luxurious experience in Amman."

"A great spa with a calm, relaxed atmosphere. Friendly staff at the front are very inviting and their knowledgeable masseuse are excellent at working out all sorts of issues. Im a larger person with back issues and I left feeling better than I had in months. Miss Ketut was very good and worked hard to help me out. The private sauna/steam room is a real plus to and is very helpful."
