"First time staying at Alila Bangsar. Used public transportation (LRT) to get there and was confused with the entrance (had to go and take a lift to the ground floor and then take another lift to the 41st floor [Alila's lobby]). Honestly felt like I was in a maze going through that. Check-in was smooth and I was allowed to check-in around 1pm. Amenities were great, staff were friendly and helpful. Tried the breakfast room service and that was smooth as well. The only hiccup was that we experienced a short circuit when we moved the head of the reading light. Maintenance response was fairly quick and repaired it in less than 3 minutes. I would stay here again."

Atika treats guests like VIPs at the restaurant, adding a personal greeting touch that truly stands out. Nurqhazierah (Ira) goes above and beyond, even sharing the hotel’s official WhatsApp to coordinate my housekeeping request effortlessly, which made my stay so convenient. It’s the collective effort of this amazing team that creates a true home away from home. Not forgetting Mr Ihsan impressed me with his Lahore’s joke during checkout, so happy I genuinely look forward to returning, service excellence is consistent across interaction, and the staff’s sincerity leaves a lasting impression that keeps Alila’s quality."
