"Really enjoyed our stay at Else Kuala Lumpur. The hotel feels very well curated and peaceful, which is a nice contrast to the energy of Chinatown just outside. "The atmosphere was giving muji feels, the ambience was quiet and not overwhelming. The valet was quick to help with the car, the reception was prompt too. The amenities in the room was equipped with quality soaps and hair dryer. The restaurant service is top notch at Raw, and their recommended is indeed one of its kind. Overall the hospitality is good, and I will come again."

"First off, it is absolutely imperative that I start off my review with the fact and statement that without Nick, I doubt our stay at ELSE would have been anything spectacular. 99% of our stay WAS MADE amazing purely because of Nick and his tremendous hospitality and effort to make our stay as comfortable and welcoming as possible. The other 1% is attributed to the lovely atmosphere of the hotel. Even before our stay, Nick has already made it so that we LOOKED FORWARD to it with his humour and kindness. Needless to say, I have never been more satisified with a stay and service at any hotel before this. We definitely plan to return to ELSE again some time in the future, and a big reason for that would be Nick (would we return if he wasn't there? To be honest, we're not sure! He was just that amazing as a receptionist that we now expect that of ELSE at all times!) Thank you so much Nick for making our stay comfortable and homey! Thank you as well to Gary & Steven!"
